DR. JACK BERGH, M.D.

Dr. Jack Bergh completed his medical training at the University of Miami and his Family Practice residency at the University of Florida.

He is a board certified family physician and has been a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians since 1999. He is a member of the American Medical Association and the Hillsborough County Medical Association.

He holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of South Florida. He is a decorated veteran and a native of Tampa.

At Myrtle Ridge Family Medicine, we provide comprehensive medical care and preventive health services for patients of all ages. From bumps & bruises to diabetes & high cholesterol. From physical examinations to Pap tests and immunizations.

We are proud to offer personalized state-of-the-art health care to each and every patient. Patient-friendly services include no-wait scheduling, in-house lab draws, and extended office hours. Hospital care is provided at University Community Hospital and St. Joseph's Hospital North in conjunction with in-house hospitalists. When needed, referrals to Tampa’s premier medical specialists are available.
